Crafting Conversational Agents’ Personality in a User-centric Context 

This research proposes a novel framework for Conversational Agents' personality design having the user as the driving force. The framework uses Social Sciences, Conversation Analysis and Computational Psychology to build a robust methodology for Conversational Agents’ personality design. The model uses three sources of data, through qualitative and quantitative methods. The outcome consists of two personas: the users’ and the CA’s. The model is based on real-life customer-CA interaction data. 


Master Graduate from the University of Luxembourg, in the Master in Information and Computer Sciences’ program. Simultaneously working for a Life Insurance company as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, overseeing the Chatbot implementation project.
